COVID-19 Office Availability and Resources

Updated: November 19, 2020

As a community bank, keeping our customers, communities, and associates safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic is a top priority for Standard Bank. Therefore, we are happy to offer multiple banking solutions that are CDC compliant.

First, use our mobile app.

Business and personal check deposits should be made on Standard Bank’s mobile app. See details and limits on the mobile details section of our website. For businesses using the business mobile app, click here for details.

Second, use the drive-up or ATM.

Using our drive-up service or ATMs help to further ensure your safety and the safety of our associates. Our drive-ups are perfect for all transactional activity or to drop off paperwork. Standard Bank customers also have surcharge-free* access to both PNC Bank® and Standard Bank ATM networks. Check your local office for drive-up and ATM availability.

Lastly, call-ahead banking appointments.

Account opening, closing, and modifications will require an in-office visit. Currently, offices have a limited capacity due to social distancing guidelines as well as modified hours. To avoid outdoor lines or wait times, please call your local office before your visit. Call-ahead appointments will take priority over line waits.

In-office COVID-19 regulations:

  • Social distancing is in effect.
To ensure adequate social distancing, a greeter will be monitoring the number of customers permitted in each lobby. When it’s safe to enter, please stand on the designated floor decals as you wait. Also note entrance and exit designations.
  • Face coverings are required.
Just as our associates will be wearing face coverings, we ask you to also wear yours. In addition, we have installed germ shields for further protection.
  • Have your ID ready.
We may need help identifying you behind your mask. Having your ID ready for our greeter will keep things running smoothly. Forms of ID may include driver’s license or state issued ID, passport, or military ID.

  • Symptom screening questions will be asked.
As one more layer to protect our customers and associates, we will be asking those who visit our offices a series of questions to further mitigate exposure to illness.

Offices are running slightly modified schedules due to the pandemic.
