WILLIAM T. FERRI ELECTED TO STANDARD BANK BOARD

Murrysville, Pennsylvania. January 30, 2007. Standard Bank (“Standard” or the “Bank”) announces William T. Ferri has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Standard Bank.

Mr. Ferri is a Pharmacist and the owner of Ferri Pharmacy located at 3907 Old William Penn Highway in Murrysville. Mr. Ferri is also the CEO of Ferri Enterprises and President of Ferri Supermarkets, Inc. He is a member of The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association and the National Association of Retail Pharmacists. Mr. Ferri is also a member of the Murrysville Community Economic Development Corporation, the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce and the Murrysville Business Association. Mr. Ferri and his wife, Kathleen, have three children and reside in Murrysville.
