STANDARD BANK CELEBRATES "CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAYS"
Monroeville, Pa -- Standard Bank ("Standard" or the "Bank") today announced the launch of its annual "Customer Appreciation" celebration that will bel held May 13th through May 26th. Each May, Standard offers special events and product offerings to thank customers for their banking relationships.
Louanne C Hout, Manager of Marketing and Coordinator of Customer Care stated, “We always offer some strong product and service values during Customer Appreciation Days. We also like to inject some fun by adding the element of surprise with gifts and refreshments during customer visits to our community banking offices. Exciting events are planned to make you smile!”
Gwen Lewton, Community Banking Office Coordinator, commented, "As a community-based bank we run a customer focused promotion that shows our appreciation and also generates some excitement. Just by stopping in to visit, cusotmers can register to win a Gas Grill. Each of our banking locations will give one away on May 26th." Lewton added, "During Customer Appreciation Days it's also the perfect opportunity to Refer a Friend to Standard Bank. We provide financial incentives for both the customer who makes the referral and the friend they refer. It's our way of saying that we appreciate you!"
W. Joy Carpenter, Eastern Region Coordinator stated, “We are very excited about our first opportunity to participate in Customer Appreciation Days. We are still a community focused bank and our customer relationships are very important to us. We are also very happy to be introducing OnLine Banking and Bill Payment to our customers during Customer Appreciation Days." (Standard's Eastern Region is comprised of the offices of the former Hoblitzell National Bank.)
Standard Bank will be offering special deposit and loan offers. Other Customer Appreciation specials include the opportunity for a free Financial Planning Analysis or a second opinion on our financial plan. Additionally, loan specialists will be conducting special consultations for refinancing and the staff will be demonstrating the ease of OnLine Banking.
