For the past fifteen years, Standard Bank's Associates have supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Since the Bank began making donations, it has provided funding in the amount of $229,200 for a grand total of 88 wishes.

Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfills the wishes of children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. Some of the wishes granted include trips to Walt Disney World (the most popular wish), and range from meeting celebrities and shopping sprees to home computer and swimming pools. Each child's wish is limited only by their imagination.
